Mardi Gras Casino at Hollywood Park

The Mardi Gras Casino, which is part of the old Hollywood Greyhound Track, opened in December 2006 and offers more than 1,100 Vegas-style slots and 30 poker tables.

The casino, which is located directly under the elevated grandstand of the race track, offers a wide variety of the most popular slot machines, including the Wheel of Fortune® Special Edition™ Super Spin™. The casino also now offers slots linked to a progressive jackpot.

While the slots are spread over a relatively spacious 70,000 square feet of floor space, the Mardi Gras casino can only be described as dark and dreary, with an ambience that would depress all but the most dedicated slot player.

Hollywood also offers, in addition to Greyhound racing, pari-mutuel wagering seven days a week on thoroughbreds and harness races from all over the country. Big screen TVs let fans keep track of races, as well as major league sports.
