Carnival Cruise Lines is by far the largest cruise line, currently with 21 ships, and its casinos are among the largest on the high seas. Two of these ships -- Carnival's Fascination and Imagination -- sail three-to-five day itineraries to the Bahamas and the Caribbean out of Miami. In some cases, you can leave after work on Friday (well, you may have to slip away just a bit early) and be back in time to be barely late to the office on Monday.
In addition to slots, the Fascination and Imagination offer blackjack, roulette, craps, Caribbean stud poker, and Caribbean draw poker.
